This four bedroom villa can accommodate 2 families in comfort. There are 2 double bedrooms, one twin room and a children's rooms with triple bunk beds. There is an additional sofa bed in the lounge.

There is a private pool, lots of outdoor space, 3 different outdoor eating areas, 2 BBQ's and seaview terraces over 3 floors.

The modern kitchen is at the front of the property and looks out onto the sunny front terrace with glorious sea views.

The front terrace has a lovely Spanish style outdoor kitchen with two BBQ's, a gas cooking ring and a sink. You can enjoy cooking and eating outdoors. There are a further two tables on the terrace with seating for 8.

We have 3 tv systems;

Sky TV from the UK with all the usual free channels. BBC, ITV etc.
Astra Satellite TV with hundreds of European channels, including German, Dutch, French and Italian channels.
Spanish terrestrial freeview TV. Including all the normal Spanish TV, news and music channels.

It is possible to watch the satellite TV on the downstairs tv at the same time as watching a different satellite system in the lounge

There is WiFi available throughout the property.

The downstairs master bedroom is En-Suite, there is a downstairs shower room with WC, and a bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower.

Almost all the furniture in the house is from Ikea and new or at most a couple of years old.

There is a huge dinning table with seating for 10.

The private pool is about 12 foot by 10 foot and is great for kids. There are 4 sun loungers and 4 sunbeds on the pool terrace.

On the pool terrace there are outdoor tables for lunch, with seating for 8, and a big modern BBQ.

The roof terrace has fantastic sea views and mountain views, there is a further table with chairs and a hammock and another BBQ!

There is a lawned garden at the front of the property and the gardens have Yucca, Lemon, Lime & Banana trees, Catci and a Vine.

Advice. Please read all of these important points before booking.

The walk from the house down to the beach is quite steep. It only take 5 mins. to get to the beach but its more like 10 mins to get back.

Although the house has 3 double, 3 single beds and a double sofa bed, it really wouldn't be suitable for 11 adults!! I'd recommend the bunk bedroom and sofabed are occupied by one adult only or children.

The double sofa bed is brand new from Ikea but its not as big as a full size double bed.

The outdoor furniture and BBQ on the top roof terrace take a beating from the sun and wind and are not in pristine condition.

The final stretch of road up to the villa is a slightly rough track. It is no problem at all for family cars, we use it everyday with a normal car but it is not suitable for a Ferrari or a very low sports car. In that case there is a large communal car park 50 metres from the villa.

Please only smoke on the outdoor terraces. There is no smoking or naked flames, candles etc, allowed anywhere inside the villa at any time whatsoever.

Boende

Denna villa med fyra sovrum kan tillhandahålla bekvämt boende för 2 familjer. 2 dubbelrum, ett tvillingrum och ytterligare ett sovrum med tre sängar (Dubbelsäng nere och enkelsäng över)
Det finns en privat solcellsuppvärmd pool, mycket rum utomhus, 3 olika matplatser utomhus, 2 grill-och havsutsikt altaner.
Altanen på framsidan har ett trevligt spanskt utomhuskök med två grillar, en kokring (gasoldriven) och diskho. Du kan njuta av både matlagning och att äta utomhus. Det är ytterligare två bord på altanen med 8 platser.
Vi har Brittisk Sky TV, Spanish TV och ASTRA Sat. TV med Tysk, Holländsk och Fransk TV. Det stora sovrummet på nedervåningen har privat badrum, det finns en dusch med WC på nedervåningen och ett badrum på övervåningen med badkar och dusch.
Det finns ett matbord med plats för 10 personer.

Utomhus

Den privata poolen är ca 3*4 meter
id poolaltanen finns bord för lunch, med plats för 8, och en stor modern grill.
Takterrassen har otrolig havs-och bergsutsikt, där finns ett bord med storlar och en hamock och en till grill!
Det finns en grästrädgård på framsidan av byggnaden och trädgårdarna har Yucca-, citron-,lime-och bananträd, kaktusar och en vinstock.

Råd. Var snäll och läs alla dessa viktiga punkter före du bokar.

Tio minuters gångväg från stranden
Utomhusmöblerna och grillen på takterrassen har utstått en del slitage av vind och regn och är inte i perfekt kondition men helt användningsdugliga.
Var snälla och rök enbart utomhus. Det är ett helt rökfritt hus och eld inomhus är inte tillåtet i någon form, inte ens ljus.
